  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: Custom AV solutions, special orders, and items installed on-site may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

  • Consumables, software, or downloadable content

  • Clearance or discounted sale items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.

  3. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for:

  • Physical damage

  • Tampering or missing parts

  • Product condition and packaging

After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Packaging or accessories are missing

6. Replacements

We offer free replacements for eligible products that are:

  • Delivered damaged or defective

  • Delivered incorrectly

Replacement timelines depend on product availability and location.

7. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to our error (wrong/defective item), return shipping will be covered by us.

  • For voluntary returns, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
