  • In-person delivery/installation for large AV or commercial setups

  • Rural or remote areas: 5–10 business days
    Delays may occur due to holidays, natural events, or courier disruptions, but we will keep you informed throughout.

7. Installation Services

For AV products or equipment requiring setup, we offer on-site installation services by qualified technicians (based on serviceable pin codes). Charges may apply and will be discussed in advance.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing items, or tampering:

  • Inform the delivery agent immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details
    We will initiate an investigation and, if valid, arrange a replacement or solution at the earliest.
